Patient Partner for Doctors Surgeries



Instead of waiting for the surgery to open in the mornings, patients can now call to book, cancel, re-arrange appointments, or simply check the time of their appointment at GP practices 24 hours a day without having to talk to a receptionist. The whole process is designed to be easy to use and helpful for people who work shifts, or who cannot call their surgery whilst at work.


Patient Check-In

Patients can book themselves in when arriving for their appointment at the surgery using a dedicated telephone. This alleviates queues at the reception desk.


Patient Call

Patient Call provides a clear and efficient way of calling patients for their appointment. Activated by the doctor, the patient’s name is displayed on a screen in the reception area and a verbal announcement prompts waiting patients to check the display.
